Cancellation Policy: Notification given less than 24 hours prior to the appointment time will be charged 50% of the service scheduled. Notification given less than 12 hours prior to the appointment time will be charged 100% of the service scheduled. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service scheduled. If the card on file does not go through then the fee will have to be paid in full before you can schedule again in the future. If you need to cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled service time, please do so by giving us a call or text.

Rescheduling Policy: We understand emergencies happen, but please be courteous and reschedule 24 hours in advance. Reschedules done the same day as your appointment are considered a cancellation and will be charged 100% of the service scheduled. A gap in the schedule now needs to be filled and could have been given to someone else who originally needed that time slot.

Late Policy: Please provide enough time to find the studio and for parking before your scheduled appointment time. If you’re running late, please text/call us. If we don’t answer right away that means we may be still in service with another client. We have a 10 minute grace period in case you’re running late. If you are over 10 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment and you will be charged 100% of the service. If we have time to still see you there will be a $10 late fee charge. This is to ensure my business runs as smooth as possible and the next scheduled clients appointments are starting on time. Please understand when you’re a no-show, late, or forget your appointment we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment slot and other clients lose the opportunity to book their services. A valid debit/credit card is required to be put on file the time of booking your appointment to reserve. You can use any other form of payment to pay the day of your appointment. The card on file will be charged ONLY in the event of a no-call/no-show/last minute cancellation. All new client appointments upon booking will be asked to fill out and sign a one-time digital liability waiver for each different service that is booked. You will receive an automated text & email reminder 48 and 24 hours before your appointment to confirm.

There is a no refund policy on all services and products.

We accept debit/credit card, apple pay, and cash.
